Geht das Geld, welches hier bezahlt wird, direkt an die Band Black Sea Dahu? 
Ja.

Wann wird meine Bestellung geliefert?
Wir geben unser bestes, jede Bestellung in 3-7 Tagen zu liefern. Da wir aber unseren Webshop bis heute selber bewirtschaften kann es sein, dass es ab und zu etwas länger dauert, da wir z.B. auf Tour sind. Aber: Wenn du deine Bestellung an einem gewissen Datum brauchst, bitte schreib uns am Ende deiner Bestellung umbedingt einen Kommentar mit dem gewünschten Datum und wir schauen, dass deine Bestellung pünktlich bei dir ankommt! 

Welche Zahlungsmittel akzeptiert ihr? 
Im Store kannst du direkt mit Paypal und Kreditkarte bezahlen. Falls du jedoch eine andere Zahlungsmöglichkeit brauchst, haben wir auch hier eine Lösung: Mache einen Screenshot deiner fertigen Bestellung und schicke uns das Foto sowie deine vollständige Adresse auf store (at) blackseadahu.com, wir senden dir dann als Antwort alle Zahlungsmöglichkeiten zu.

Kann ich auch mit Twint bezahlen? 
Direkt im Store geht dies leider nicht, jedoch haben wir eine Lösung gefunden: Mache einen Screenshot deiner fertigen Bestellung und schicke uns das Foto sowie deine vollständige Adresse auf store (at) blackseadahu.com, wir senden dir dann als Antwort einen QR-Code, mit welchem du dann ganz bequem mit Twint deine Bestellung bezahlen kannst. 

Kann ich auch Bar bezahlen/auf Rechnung bestellen? 
Direkt im Store geht dies leider nicht, jedoch haben wir eine Lösung gefunden: Mache einen Screenshot deiner fertigen Bestellung und schicke uns das Foto sowie deine vollständige Adresse auf store (at) blackseadahu.com, wir senden dir dann als Antwort unsere Bankangaben für die Bezahlung auf Rechnung. Falls du nur Bar bezahlen kannst, schicken wir dir unsere Adresse zu und du kannst uns den Betrag per Post zuschicken. 

Schickt ihr auch ins Ausland? 
Ja klar! Die Portokosten sind hier einfach höher, es dauert generell etwas länger und es können Zollgebühren anfallen. 

Ist es möglich, mein Shirt/Pulli/Hoodie umzutauschen? 
Ja, das ist möglich. Wir möchten dich aber darauf hinweisen, dass dies jeweils mit viel Aufwand verbunden ist. Schau also umbedingt bevor du deine Bestellung abschliesst die Grössentabellen genau an. 
Falls es dann aber trotzdem passiert ist, dass dir etwas nicht passt, schreib uns umbedingt eine E-Mail auf store (at) blackseadahu.com und dann tauschen wir dir sehr gerne dein Gekauftes in die richtige Grösse um! 

Wo finde ich die Grössentabellen zu den Shirts/Pullis/Hoodies? 
Auf der jeweiligen Produktseite, links vom Produktbeschrieb siehst du die Fotos zum Produkt, da ist es jeweils entweder das zweite oder dritte Bild. 

Ist bei der Platte ein MP3 Download Code mit dabei? 
Nein, falls du einen dazuhaben möchtest schreib's uns am Ende deiner Bestellung ins Kommentarfeld und wir legen einen dazu.

Yes. 

When will my order be delivered?
We do our best to deliver every order in 3-7 days. However, as we still manage our store ourselves, it may take a little longer from time to time, when we are on tour for example. But: If you need your order on a certain date, please write us a comment at the end of your order with the desired date and we will make sure that your order arrives on time! 

Which payment methods do you accept?
In the store you can pay directly with Paypal and credit card. However, if you need another payment method, we have a solution: take a screenshot of your order and send us the photo and your full address to store (at) blackseadahu.com and we will send you a reply with all the payment options.

Can I also pay with Twint?
Unfortunately this is not possible directly in the store, but we have found a solution: Take a screenshot of your finished order and send us the photo and your complete address to store (at) blackseadahu.com. We will then send you a QR code in reply, with which you can pay for your order with Twint. 

Can I also pay cash/order on account?
Unfortunately this is not possible directly in the store, but we have found a solution: Take a screenshot of your finished order and send us the photo and your complete address to store (at) blackseadahu.com. We will then send you our bank details and the invoice. If you can only pay cash, we will send you our address and you can send us the amount by mail. 

Do you also send abroad?
Yes of course! The postage costs are simply higher here, it generally takes a little longer and customs fees may apply. 

Is it possible to exchange my shirt/sweater/hoodie?
Yes of course, we don't want you walking around with a shirt that is too small. But be aware that it’s always quite some work for both sides, so please check the size charts carefully before you place your order. But if it happens that something doesn't fit you, please don’t hesitate to send us an E-mail to store (at) blackseadahu.com and we will gladly exchange your purchased size for the right one! 

Where can I find the size charts for the shirts/jumpers/hoodies?
On the product page, left of the product description, you can see some photos of the product, there it is - either the second or the third picture. 

Is there an MP3 download code with the record?
No, but if you need one, leave us a message in the comment field at the end of your order and we will add one.
